Become A Vendor

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor with the Rogue Valley Growers & Crafters Market.

Our application window for new vendors is NOW CLOSED for the 2024 season for crafters and artisan food producers.  Grower / Farmer / Rancher applications are accepted throughout the season. We will accept applications for the 2024 season beginning January 1, 2024 - February 15, 2024. RVGCM believes it is important to make community connections between Rogue Valley residents and our sustainable farmers, makers, crafts persons and local purveyors of artisan foods. If your business is in Jackson, Josephine and/or Siskiyou counties we encourage to not miss the 2024 season application process!

There is a $25 application fee, that will be invoiced after an application is submitted.  Application fees MUST be paid in full before beginning the process of becoming a member.

If accepted as a member of the Rogue Valley Growers and Crafters Market, there is a $125 yearly membership fee that needs to be paid in full before starting at the markets.  You will be charged $30 per 10x10 booth space at the markets.

Currently we do NOT accept textiles, print, canvas or photography art, jewelry (exceptions may be made if hand crafted from locally grown / produced agricultural components), carnival type foods such as: highly processed and/or fried foods, nationally distributed packaged foods, energy drinks, produce not grown and processed by the farmer (i.e., brokered items intended for resale).

LIABILITY INSURANCE
Processed Food Vendors with the Rogue Valley Growers & Crafters Market must have valid liability insurance certificate on file with their application. There are many insurance companies to choose from. The important thing is to make sure you have the proper insurance for your business type and that you keep it up to date.

Non-processed food vendors who choose not to self-insure must note that the Market’s liability insurance is not a blanket policy for its members and the Market is not liable for vendor damages arising from negligence, vendor products or actions.
