Mido’s Miso is founded by Midori who is born and raised in Japan. She wanted to bring her tradition and healthy food to this community. All the high quality ingredients are selected with care, and they are organically grown. All the types of Chickpea Miso’s beans are from Oregon, and the rice is from California. Everything is made from scratch and fermented for over 12 months here in Southern Oregon. The Miso that is made as locally with local microbes which is most beneficial to local people!
