Bright Star Bakery aims to have something for everyone when they visit the farmers market, whether your lifestyle involves a diet where you cannot eat gluten, sugars, tubers, eggs, soy, dairy, etc. or have allergies to certain ingredients. I love to see the faces of the customers light up when they find out they can have a goodie at the market. Plus I handmake them all myself so I am very capable of answering any questions a customer may have about ingredients, sub ingredients and allergies.
