Meet Mike and Stephanie! Together they’ve been slinging 🐟 for 8 years. Their fish is wild-caught in Brookings on the Southern Oregon Coast. The selection changes with the season but their staple product, smoked salmon, is available at the market year round.
What are those delicious sticks Mike and those cute kiddos are holding, you might wonder? Salmon sticks with their signature Indian spice mix consisting of lemon, pepper and garlic. They also have other popular flavors: there’s one without any extra addition, a delicious teriyaki and – in a mixed pack – Merlot.
The secret to this scrumptious fare is the smoking process: they do not smoke for too long ensuring a tender fish.
Depending on the season and week you’ll also find fresh ceviche or clam chowder. Yum!

Lastly, you’ll find them offering honey from their own bees as well as seasonal produce and eggs.
