Zi Spice is a handcrafted chocolate company that blends bold global flavors with locally sourced, organic ingredients. Founded by Razia Hayden, Zi Spice takes a farm-to-bar approach, using ingredients grown, foraged, or sourced directly from local farmers and co-ops. Every bonbon is made with ethically sourced cacao, including Quantum Cacao from Costa Rica, which is grown using 100% renewable energy, and Callebaut White Chocolate, which is fully traceable back to the farm.

With over 25 years of experience in the food industry, Razia combines artistry, sustainability, and innovation to create unique, luxury chocolates that highlight the best of the Rogue Valley. She grows her own saffron, lavender, berries, and roses, hand-forages ingredients like peppermint from Bear Creek in Ashland, and sources from local producers like Mama Terra Goat Cheese, Wild Bee Honey Farm, and Midos Miso.

Beyond making chocolates, Zi Spice is committed to community and education, with Razia volunteering her time to teach local students about healthy food and sustainable sourcing. At its core, Zi Spice is about crafting chocolates that tell a story—of flavor, place, and passion.
